Regarding driver feedback
For issues specifically concerning your driver, you might consider reporting directly to your local Licensing Department.
When reaching out to the local authorities, be sure to provide:
- A picture or record of the driver’s number
- The vehicle’s registration number
- The license plate number
- Details of the incident, including date, time, and location
Submitting your feedback
Feedback can be submitted either for yourself or on behalf of someone else. If you’re lodging a complaint for another person, we need confirmation that you have their consent. Without written permission or a power of attorney, we cannot share any personal details. Proof of identity will be required for both you and the individual you’re representing.
